DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Fill a foaming bottle with approx 250ml or 500ml warm or cold water,roll up the sheet(s), insert 1 sheet into the bottle with 250ml water,2 sheets for 500ml water, screw the pum on and shake gently, wait approx30s-90 seconds for it to fully dissolve before use.
